The Village of Glen Ellyn will be accepting proposals until Monday, December 1, 2025 at 2:00 P.M., for the purpose of selecting a contractor to perform "Zoning Code Drafting Services." The Village's Community Development Department will host an optional, virtual question-and-answer pre-proposal meeting on November 14, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. After this meeting, NO inquiries will be addressed.
The Village will select a contractor for Zoning Code drafting services based on the submitted proposals. Any proposal submitted MUST be signed by an individual who has legal authority to bind the contractor. Without such a signature, proposals will be considered non-responsive and will not be accepted.
Specific instructions and evaluation criteria are included in the proposal documents. The Village retains the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive all technicalities, or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Village of Glen Ellyn.
