Enterprise Planning methodology assists the Air Force with creating and linking the Strategic, Operational, and Tactical planning into one cohesive system.  This methodology allows organizations to set goals, generate plans guided by those goals, monitor results and update plans as conditions change.  Enterprise planning establishes and links strategic and operational goals of the Air Force to the actions at the tactical (installation) level.

Developing planning actions in alignment with Strategic/Enterprise Goals and Objectives insures all requirements (projects/actions) will to meet the Air Force mission and strategic priorities.  Utilizing the Enterprise Development Process empowers the installation to develop the best Planning Action to meet the Enterprise Plan Objective and guide the Activity Management Plan requirements.  This presentation will provide installation planners with the tools to lead the Enterprise Development Process at their installations.
