Then you should be using some level of formalized project management. Project management you can increase buy-in, communication, efficiency, and yield an overall better product.
You might be curious, your friends in IT and Engineering keep talking about project management and terms like PMBOK, Six Sigma, and Agile Approach keep showing up in your LinkedIn feed. What is there to talk about, you manage project every day, right? Right. But there is a better way and this session will show you how. Project management is not rocket science and you are likely already doing many tasks associated with it. So why attend this session?
