BIG STATE: BIG PLANS!  Come join us in Central Texas as we explore current planning issues and trends while we engage in exciting events and activities such as mobile workshops, facilitated discussions, special receptions, and sessions led by experienced leaders in the planning field.  The Annual Texas State Planning Conference and Short Course for Elected and Appointed Officials, APATX19, is Texas' largest planning conference with over 800 attendees each year.  Hosted by the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association, APATX19 attracts not only planners, but participants from diverse professions including engineers, architects, landscape architects, public health professionals, economists, and appointed and elected officials. APATX19 is poised to continue the energy and excitement of past conferences and will be held in the heart of Texas in Waco on November 6-8, 2019. We have many amazing things in progress already for featured speakers, mobile workshops, and big events, and we will continue to update this page as more details become finalized. Please explore the website and #GetPumped for #APATX19!
