What does the future hold for transportation funding? Terrance Regan, USDOT and BY urban affairs professor, will discuss transportation policy and finance, drawing on his years of experience in Massachusetts.  Mr. Regan will talk about the examination of funding needs and financial capacity for each of the Commonwealth’s transportation agencies and the program created to assist transportation officials and staff in resolving increasingly complex issues related to transportation needs.  Planners will learn about the how these decisions will affect them and their communities.
