Phillip Warsaw, PhD, will discuss his current research which uses housing values to estimate the dollar amounts that households are willing to pay, based on their demographic profile, for an additional grocery store in their neighborhood. This lecture will discuss how willingness to pay varies across Milwaukee, the case of his dissertation.
