Overview

The purpose of this course is to provide attendees with a clear understanding of the linkage between current economic and demographic factors with the performance of commercial real estate markets. The objectives of the workshop are for attendees to realize the following benefits:

Knowledge – to promote an understanding of the ‘cause & effect’ relationship between emerging socioeconomic forces and the performance of commercial real estate markets.  


Market Assessment – to provide participants with a clear indication of current and future commercial real estate market dynamics.

Communication - to create a knowledge base which facilitates enhanced communication skills regarding commercial real estate investment and lending.

Business Planning - provide participants with an understanding of prospective risk factors for commercial real estate investment and lending to facilitate business planning and development.
