Location: Department of Administration (DOA) - Conference Room 2A, 1 Capitol Hill, Providence.
The Community Connectivity Program, part of Let’sGoCT! transportation program, improves accommodations for bicyclists and pedestrians in urban, suburban, and rural community centers. Planners will learn what a road safety audit along bike/pedestrian corridors and intersections is and how to make conditions safer and more accommodating for pedestrians and cyclists. Planners will also learn how to improve conditions for walking and bicycling to and within community centers.
