The economic and community impacts of downtown mixed-use projects can be transformative and create lasting change. This session will explore which metrics to measure and how to show the value of a project. Planners will learn unique strategies to leverage that value into community support and funding sources. They will also learn about potential barriers and ways to overcome them.
