Overview

This webinar covers two recent research projects aimed at developing and exploring innovations to Transportation Impact Analyses or Studies (TIAs/TISs) in the United States. The first presentation explores the findings of a recently completed data collection and tool development considering subsidized affordable housing developments. The second documents the state of the practice, identifies new TIA approaches being explored at the local level, and examines the drivers and barriers to change in TIA practice.
