The U.S. Custom House in the French Quarter is one of the region's most historic properties. After it sustained severe damage in Hurricane Katrina, a comprehensive restoration project transformed this National Historic Landmark into a modern, high-performance federal facility and museum space that has revitalized this part of downtown New Orleans.
