Brian F. Mooney, FAICP
Throughout the past 40 years, Brian Mooney has built a community and environmental planning philosophy and practice dedicated to the integration of environmental and cultural values into a city and regional planning framework. His greatest accomplishments, beyond the various master plans and environmental studies he has led throughout California, are the hundreds of community and environmental planners he has had the opportunity to mentor, who continue his legacy of inspired planning practices. He has also produced an important educational documentary, the Nolen Plan, and helped his own community recover from a devastating natural disaster in 2003. Inducted 2016.
