RESOURCES
New form-based zoning resource collection

Form-based zoning emphasizes built form over land use. Explore Form-Based Zoning, the latest collection in APA's Research KnowledgeBase for members, to discover background info and practical guidance. Examples of form-based codes illustrate how a growing number of cities and counties are using zoning to foster or protect a pedestrian-oriented development pattern.
OPPORTUNITIES
Take the diversity and inclusion survey

All APA members who identify as full- or part-time practitioners are invited to take a Planning Practitioner Diversity Climate Survey, jointly conducted by APA, the APA Diversity Committee, and the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning Planners of Color Interest Group. The results will guide development of resources to promote diverse and inclusive environments where planners work and provide a benchmark for measuring progress.

AICP
For members in the 2017–18 CM reporting period cohort

Please check your CM Log. If you are short a few required credits you have until April 30 to earn and log them. Please note that missing this deadline will cause your AICP membership to lapse and require reinstatement before you regain use of the AICP credential.

If you met all CM requirements for 2017–18, you now may review your log and sign off for the reporting period. Once that is done, you can log credits for 2019–20.
