Development Review Coordinator

The Development Review Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating the project review process for applicants, Town committees, and the public, and offers a unique opportunity to help influence how projects look, feel, and function upon the land. The DRB Coordinator staffs the Development Review Board, provides clear, helpful assistance to applicants, Town departments and committees, and others, issues zoning and other land use permits, and helps administer and enforce zoning bylaws as the Assistant Administrative Officer.

The right candidate will embrace the opportunity for a creative, collaborative approach to all that's involved in planning, zoning, and community development, and to work with the Town Manager and a new Planning Director to help reimagine and reinvent systems and operations.
