Community Visioning

This guidebook is designed to help Pennsylvania communities plan their futures through a four-workshop process. It offers a definition for community visioning; describes the process of creating a community vision; highlights elements of successful visioning processes; lists the nuts-and-bolts components of visioning and walks readers through the process; and offers lessons learned. Appendices offer a workshop checklist and a sample media release, visioning workshop invitation/flyer, workshop agenda, and workshop worksheets.
