Since launching in 2019, our client list has grown to include government, industry, and non-profit organizations across Canada and the U.S. Scribe Technical is led by planning consultant and technical writer and editor Lisa D. Orchard, who has more than 20 years of experience with preparing reports, plans, studies, strategies, policies, and other complex documents.
