Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission, a joint planning agency serving Liberty County, Georgia and its 7 municipal governments, is looking for a Planner I (Urban Planner). Position provides professional support for long-range planning projects including MPO transportation planning, comprehensive plan updates, ordinance amendments and zoning administration.

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related field; supplemented by two (2) years previous experience and/or training involving urban planning, local/regional land use, zoning, land development plan review, site plan review, and transportation planning; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

Minimum starting salary for this position is $46,156 per year DOQ.
