Planners' Day Training

Spring 2024

Access five exclusive advocacy training sessions developed to sharpen your voice, bring you up to speed on the latest pro-planning housing reform bills, and identify stories from your community to help shape public policy outcomes.


Planners' Day Opening Session

10–11:00 am

Hear from congressional champions for housing and national experts as they weigh in on the path forward for legislation that would support locally-led efforts to increase housing supply.

Planners' Day Congressional Meetings

11:00 am–4:30 pm

This is your time to shine a light on the communities you serve by sharing your on-the-ground perspectives on the challenges and opportunities for local housing reform. You'll have at least one meeting with your congressional leaders — scheduled by APA — during this time. You'll receive your congressional meeting schedule on May 29.

Planners' Day Closing Celebration

4:30–5:00 pm

Come together with your peers from across the country to connect, share, and celebrate the progress you've made at Planners' Day.

Fall 2024
