MORE SESSION DETAILS

The Bay Area Consortium of Community Land Trusts include one of the oldest land trusts in the nation. Explore how the land trust model can help support affordability, nontraditional housing models, and even restorative justice. The Bay Area's land trusts include commercial nonprofit spaces, housing cooperatives, cohousing communities, traditional apartments and homes, and land for restoration of indigenous culture, all made affordable long-term using the land trust model. Visit several properties and learn about their challenges and success.
