This clearinghouse page provides links to the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) publications—guides, reports, and fact sheets—and resources on federal programs. Some of the links include “Bicycle Facilities and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices” and “FHWA Guidance: Bicycle and Pedestrian Provisions of Federal Transportation Legislation.” The latter is the clearinghouse page on bicycle and pedestrian planning provides links to relevant sections in the U.S. Code and to funding opportunities. Although it is not yet updated for the FAST Act of 2016, the page provides links to the relevant United States Code and funding opportunities available to various jurisdictions.
