This report includes a sidewalk connectivity analysis using a points-based methodology and offers a budget. It also includes provisions for connecting an off-street trail to the sidewalk network.  The first part of the plan completes an analysis of sidewalks, and sets prioritization for sidewalks based on points assigned to such categories as proximity to schools and certain population (page 9), which are then explained and mapped in the following pages. The last part of the report discusses building sidewalk connectivity to Chardon’s off-street trail. The authors conclude with a budget for the recommendations.
