Transit-Oriented Development

The city adopted a standalone form-based code through a planned development rezoning to guide development around a light rail station. The vision for the station area is a new pedestrian-friendly town center with a mix of residential and commercial uses. The code includes a regulating plan, building envelope standards, streetscape standards, architectural standards, administrative provisions, and definitions.
