This functional plan prioritizes bicyclists of all ages and abilities. It builds on bicycle plans for the area dating to 1978, aiming to make bicycling a mainstream mode of transportation. The four main goals include improving connectivity, increasing rates of bicycling, improving safety, and ensuring all residents have access to low-stress bicycling.
