Agritourism | Food Systems

The city-county unified development ordinance addresses agritourism. The code defines “agricultural tourism” (Chapter A, Article II). The zoning code allows agricultural tourism uses in the conservation and agricultural districts with a zoning permit (Table B.2.6) and provides parking standards (Table B.3.8). Use standards for agricultural tourism address location, setbacks, parking, and conditions for restaurants, retail stores, and outdoor special events (§2-5.5.1).
