Shared Mobility

The city’s traffic and vehicles code regulates the operation and deployment of shared mobility devices within the jurisdiction (Article IV). It authorizes the city manager to terminate shared mobility programs at any time and for any reason (§74-240), presents the device requirements for shared scooter programs (§74-242), and lists the operational requirements for shared mobility devices (§74-243).
