Creative Placemaking

This functional plan encourages creative placemaking through a series of goals and strategies related to arts and culture. Goals include using arts to engage community members, using the arts to address social and cultural issues, and increasing partnerships with community stakeholder through arts and culture. Additionally, it includes an inventory of community resources and describes an urban art program that supports creative placemaking.
