Transit-Oriented Development

This report presents a rating system to help communities evaluate the potential for equitable transit-oriented development (TOD) in specific station areas. Individual sections discuss the construction of the rating system, the rating system itself, rating system results, a comparative analysis of four station area types, and in implementation case study.
