This report explores how technology trends, including autonomous vehicles, can impact the Atlanta region. Section 2.2 of this report includes a descriptor of autonomous vehicle improvements. Section 4 identifies policy implications related to transportation planning, infrastructure investment, land use, and changes to transportation agency roles.
