Home Occupations

The town’s zoning bylaw permits home occupations by right subject to use-specific standards.

Home occupations must comply with location and space, dwelling modification, sign, nuisance, traffic, parking, delivery, equipment, materials, communications and electrical interference, display, and storage standards (§3.10). It prohibits certain uses (§3.10.9). It details specific conditions for retail sales (§3.10.8).
