Form-Based Zoning

The city’s zoning code includes a mapped mandatory hybrid form-based zoning district (§16.24.10 et seq.). The regulating plan for this district includes three sub-districts with some different permissible form standards and land uses. Districts standards address purpose, goals, and intent; definitions; general standards; buildings; parking; streetscape, lighting, and mechanical; landscape requirements; and procedures.
