Social Equity

This guide was designed to facilitate community visioning, project assessment, evaluation, and policy creation. It was developed by community-based organizations in the Twin Cities and includes worksheets on community engagement, land use, economic development, transportation, and housing practices that can help stakeholders reflect on the impact of a project. It also includes a glossary of development terms.
