This city’s zoning ordinance determines how many electric vehicle charging stations need to be installed at new developments. For residential buildings with on-site parking, 20% of spaces need to be EVSE ready or installed (17-10-1011-A). For nonresidential buildings with 30 or more on-site parking spaces, 20% need to be EVSE ready or installed (17-10-1011-B).
