Wildland-Urban Interface

This article discusses how the wildland-urban interface, while normally talked about as a wildfire risk to areas, also hosts other just as serious risks to the built and natural environment. The focus is on both habitat modification and anthropogenic activities that derive from the wildland-urban interface and what their effects are.
