This is a model comprehensive WUI code addresses minimum safety guidelines for any planning areas that fall within a Fire Hazard Severity Zone. This code aims to establish minimum regulations consistent with nationally recognized good practices for the protection of property and life. It is intended to be adopted and used supplemental to the adopted building and fire codes of a jurisdiction.
