Community visioning

This subarea plan for the Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar community is an agreement from both the city and residents to their collective agreed upon projects and vision for the city. The agreed upon projects were funding consensus and values for residents in different neighborhoods, discovering shared goals with community priorities, identify communities that have the ability to co-lead, and create a greater sense of belonging.
