Community Visioning

This comprehensive plan highlights and promotes its community vision in Chapter 2 as well as the standalone report focusing on community needs and feedback. In the visioning section, Cleveland Heights residents put emphasis on the preservation of diversity and civic vitality, promote recreation and arts, and maximize social capital to drive city services and programs.
