Community Visioning

This functional plan primarily focuses on community visioning and 4 main points of the plan which are vision statement, core values, principle elements, and action items. The vision plan had a total of 1,356 total participants that helped shape the visions principles of livability which were economy, community, environment, infrastructure, and housing.
