Transit Oriented Development

This article analyzes the zoning codes that promote pedestrian-friendly areas and allow for increase access to public transportation. This article looks at 3,914 municipalities in the U.S. and analyzes the correlation of TOD zoning and ridership by adults that commute by any form of active transportation.
