Transit Oriented Development

This functional plan discusses the City of Chicago's plan around Equitable Transit-Oriented Development (ETOD) and their push to implement plans for South and West sides of Chicago. The main priorities of the policy are building the cities capactiy, requiring ETOD, and embedding ETOD into all citywide planning processes.
