Transit Oriented Development

This functional plan outlines how Los Angeles County will help communities thrive with the integration of Transit Oriented Communities with policies, focus on equity, and relationships with other Metro plans. The plan itself contains four initiatives to effect real change which are, TOC Corridor baseline assessments, improvements of TOC program areas, enhancing internal coordination, and strengthening collaboration.
