Transit Oriented Development

This report details the examination of transit oriented development development and the policy and zoning codes in the Twin Cities that have current or planned high-frequency transit. The findings state that zoning is an important factor for future TOD developments, flexibility in zoning code can be challenging, and efforts pushed by cities are important as well.
