This report details the how Transit Oriented Development (TOD) can not only create livable and place based communities, but also reduce CO2 emissions, lower transit costs, and housing costs. The World Banks 3V framework is on the basis that the economic vision, market vibrancy, and high value jobs are all indicators of transit oriented development.
