Transit Oriented Development

This standalone policy promotes and discusses the tactics that BART employs when acquiring and working with communities that the transit agency services. The main goals of this standalone policy are complete communities, sustainable communities strategy, increased ridership, value creation and value capture, transportation choice, and affordability.
