Transit Oriented Development

This standalone policy is a comprehensive framework put out by the City of Austin to help promote and direct development around the Project Connect transit system. The main goals of the policy plan are create accessible transportation for all, close racial and wealth gaps, increase housing opportunities, expand access to high quality jobs, support healthy neighborhoods, and expand Austin's diverse cultural heritage.
