Transit Oriented Development

This statute required in § 15.2-2223.4 that transit oriented development be included in the comprehensive planning process for cities greater than 20,000 residents and counties greater than 100,000 residents. The statute also requires that plans may include low income housing, increased density, and the reduction of parking minimums.
