The city's land-use regulations permit solar panels for single-family dwelling uses with other systems requiring conditional use approvals. It permits solar panels for single-family use in all but the R1-A zone, where it is a conditional use; solar panels for all other uses are conditional uses in the C1 and industrial zones (Table A, p. 113).
