Solar Energy

The town's zoning code permits rooftop and freestanding accessory solar energy systems by right in all districts, subject to coverage and placement standards (§V-A).

It also permits small-scale primary-use solar installations in agricultural and industrial districts by right and in all other districts with a special permit, and it permits large-scale primary-use solar installations with a special permit in village residential and industrial districts (§III-F).
