Autonomous Vehicles

This blog post explores three scenarios for implementing autonomous vehicle technology and how they may impact parking demand. The scenarios focus on ownership and public acceptance, including private ownership, shared use and single occupancy, and shared use with multiple occupancy. Then, it provides a qualitative review on how these scenarios impact on quantity of car parks, location, parking revenues and rate of change.
