Short-Term Residential Rentals

This web page, administered by the city’s development services department, addresses the regulation of short-term residential rentals within the city.

The web page explains the two types of accessory short-term rental types defined by the city (Type A, rentals of no more than 2 bedrooms, and Type B, rentals of 3 to 5 bedrooms).
