This guide draws from age-friendly resources by the World Health Organization and AARP to support local age-friendly community efforts in small and rural communities in Maine. It talks through how to create a team, assess current conditions, and develop, evaluate, and implement a plan. The Appendix (p. 1A) includes various templates and worksheets to facilitate the planning process.
